Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Symphony packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit and include all hardware or assembly guides.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then schedule a pickup or drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
